The head office is the hub for all business process planning and analysis.
Business Processes Manager
Alex develops our business processes worldwide, including the training program and health & safety system. He has over twenty years experience in the hospitality and cruise industry, working for leading leisure groups and cruise lines.
Financial Control Manager
Gemma is responsible for the credit control of Intercruises worldwide, preparing all routine and ad hoc reports on credit control matters, whilst also ensuring compliance with internal control initiatives
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Cristina is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, forecasting, the budget process, monthly variance analysis and business development support.
Head of Human Resources
Marion leads the HR team and is responsible for HR Management at Intercruises worldwide, supporting the business to build the most capable and engaged teams to operate and deliver optimum business performance.
Pau advises on all legal aspects relating to contracts, working conditions, office relations, mergers and acquisitions, run of trademarks and insurance. He is also responsible for liaising with the legal representatives of clients or suppliers.
Marketing & Communications Manager
Stephen manages the worldwide coordination of marketing activities in line with the Intercruises international brand standards & commercial strategy. Stephen worked at a leading independent PR Agency and in the drinks industry.
Operations Project Manager
Ramon has been working in port operations since 1998. Prior to his current role he was responsible for coordinating all Intercruises operations in the port of Barcelona for four years.
Product & Contracting Manager
Maria supports operations and manages hotel contracting worldwide. She also focuses on accommodation distribution for Intercruises and is the Key Account Manager for all destinations, liaising with the various cruise lines.
Laura is responsible for building a clear sales strategy and commercial plan, working closely with the Intercruises Board of Directors and the entire senior management team. She brings with her thirteen years of experience in sales and marketing.
Hajo manages Intercruises' strategy development process in support of our long-term growth objectives and coordinates strategy implementation both in Head Office and in the Regions
