On February 21, 2019, Intercruises was awarded the Special Recognition of Innovation and Commitment to the Environment at the “Premios Excellence de Cruceros 2019” (Awards for Cruise Excellence 2019) in Cartagena, Spain. Organized by one of the leading cruise industry publishers, Cruise News Media Group, these awards recognize, reward and celebrate excellence within the sector.

The ceremony took place in the city’s El Batem Auditorium and gathered over 300 cruise industry professionals, representing cruise lines, cruise operators, ship agents, ports and destinations, travel agents, press, and service providers. Managing Director, Olga Piqueras was there to accept the award on behalf of Intercruises.
